Yoga Flow is a mind and body practice, which combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Through asanas we aim to free energy, stimulate an imbalanced chakra, re-align our body, find a playful way to stretch and lengthen our muscles, while we relieve stress and anxiety through breathing.
Yoga Flow aims to build strength and stamina, as you flow from one asana to the other. It finishes in a restorative way.
